    I recently bought a used ninja 400 2021 bike here. My dealer (Jon T) was very kind and chill. He came in during his day off work to help me with paperwork and let me go home with the bike. Service was professional. They offered military discount.

    I normally do not write reviews but after reading a lot of negatives ones regarding the service department at Motorcycle Mall I felt compelled to share my experience with them. Back in October 2023 I emailed the service department regarding my Piaggio liberty 150's first service that was due in 3 months. Mike Cavaluzzi the service manager responded right away. I was looking as well to update my scooter's horn. Not only did Mike give me the installation price but he also gave me the name of a place in California where I could get the parts needed for the installation. Over the following 3 months I emailed Mike regarding new tires for my Scooter and to install a side stand. Mike took the time to respond to all of my emails. I see that a lot of complaints are regarding pricing. Before doing the work, Mike sent me the quote and like most dealerships labor is the highest item on the list. I'm sure that a small dealership in a rural area will be cheaper but unfortunately, I reside in a metropolitan area where the cost of labor is higher. From the time I bought my scooter to my first service Motorcycles Mall staff has been very professional and courteous. Thank you.

    I just had my two Piaggio's Liberty scooters recently serviced at Motorcycle Mall; first service. Great communication and customer service provided by Charlie; including flawless pickup and delivery of both bikes. Kudos to the entire team, including the mechanics who worked on my bikes. Thank you MM. (Btw, t/ Piaggio Liberty scooters, are awesome little bikes.)

    Tamer was great, very personable and helped me find the bike I wanted. They initially didn't have it in stock but he found it at a different dealership and was able to get it transferred over so I could buy it from motorcycle mall. I don't love their service department, but I'd do go Tamer for any bikes I buy in the future
